How does allyl protons appear in HNMR
I have doublet at 4 ppm, two doublets at 5-5.5 ppm and multiplet at 6 ppm

What are the J coupling values? Are there multiple J coupling values per each proton?

Yep, that is HIGHLY characteristic of allyl.

You can look up some allyl compounds on the public site SDBS for examples.
