Title: ZnNi titration

I have a Zinc Nickel electroplating bath that i occasionally use to rust proof stuff...
Optimal ZnNi ratio for corrosion protection is with Ni being about 16% of the deposit.
Is there a titration mechanism i can use to determine my deposition ratio?

I am guessing i'd need to plate onto say iron plate, then dissolve in some acid and titrate? So for argument sake , lets say i dissolve the coating in sulfuric acid, and so now i have H2O + H2SO4 + NiSO4 + ZnSO4 +FeSO4 in the solution. is there a way how i can determine ratio of Zn to Ni?

To determine iron content in my phosphate solution i usually titrate vs KMnO4. Can I do something similar but with the use of ORP meter and basically calculate quantities from Redox potential curve?

ORP is just for detecting the endpoint, I don't remember any redox titration of neither Zn nor Ni.

This looks like a quite difficult system for titration.
