Title: A determination of gravimetric iron sample

Hi, needing help with something, I hope somebody help :(
Well, last week I had a laboratory and the subject was the one written on the title. The sample we used was ammonium iron (III) sulfate dodecahydrate and I need the dissociation of this salt with acid nitric, or dissociations to form ferric ion and I don't know how to do it, may someone want to help me? Please!

The salt breaks up into Fe3+, NH4+ and SO42- ions.

As of thermal decomposition you need to write the possible mechanism, like - Fe2O3, N2O, H2O and SO2 as a products, and compare it to obtained graph (you need to coapt type of products to the graph).
