Title: Help in figuring out how many moles of hydrogen atoms are in 20 moles of H2O?

Taking a chemistry class and need help in figuring out the question above, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can you count hydrogen atoms in one H2O molecule ?
In one mole of H2O you will have the same moles of hydrogen atoms.
