Can someone recommend a quantitative method for determination of Hydrochloride in an organic amine hydrochloride salt.

Did you tried tiration with AgNO3 in the presence of K2CrO4 as an indicator ?

The amine is a very power full dye, so it will not be possible to see the indicator.
