Title: Simple Question about Orbitals

I'm having trouble with this problem. How does one identify the connected p and d orbitals?
The problem is the following:
"In transition metal complexes (a type of compound that we will learn in the last topic),
interactions between p and d orbitals are often important. For each d orbital, identify all the p
orbitals that have the necessary match of symmetry to form MOs with it, sketch the MOs
formed, and identify the type of the MOs (σ, π, or δ). "
