Title: Design of Momordica Charantia Extraction Plant

Hi All...
My name Fendi, i'm student of chemical engineering in Indonesian Insitute. Right now i'm study about plant design of Extraction from Momordica Charantia (Bitter Melon) and i'm very confuse to find literature about properties of component in bitter Mellon ( Insuline, Momordina, Charantin, hydroxytrypthamine). I need sollubility, Heat Capacity, Viscosity, and other physical and chemical properties. If, anyone in this forum know about sites or literature about Bitter Mellon and other properties of it. Please send email to me or in this forum.
