Title: balance equations

balance equations for below reactions:
1) K + Na + (18-CROWN-6)
2) BF3 and excess NaF in acidic solution

can anyone help :-[

Quite difficult questions
1) I've only known that CROWN compounds is the carrier of K+ and Na+ through cell membranes. It is recommended that one Crown molacule carries one K or Na ion

2) It is a Lewis acid-base reaction

BF3 + NaF--------> Na[BF4]
