Title: ICP MS interferences

Hi,

I have a query about interference with ICP MS. I am looking to quantify levels of Cu and Zn in sludge / soil by ICP MS with these materials containing occassionally high levels of iron. Does anyone know the method needed to overcome the polyatomic interferences on the Cu and Zn e.g. Cu63 against Ar40Na23, that may occur? Also, what internal standard method correction is used for matrix suppression?
Finally, I am aware there is an interference between Fe56 and Ar40O16 and Cr with ArCl, how can these be corrected for.
