Title: CS vs OC gas

Chlorobenzylidene malonitrile - cs gas, got this from howstuff works
oloresin capsaisum (mispelled, I know) - tear gas

So what is the difference between the two, and do they operate in the same fashion? I know what CS does (its my army job), and I got some pepperspray in my eyes when I tried to use mace on a bee, and it felt the same to me: stingy and bad.
