Title: Methods for measuring proteins, lipids, calcium, folic acid, etc in milk?
Post by: Solidus on February 03, 2007, 05:11:42 PM
Hey,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any methods for measuring the levels of these substances in milk. I'm doing an experiment where i am going to compare these levels in cow milk and goat milk. I would appreciate if anyone could share with me some methods or just give me a tip on where i can find them. Thanks
