Title: how do i calculate the molecular weight of a mixture

Help.  If i have a substance/mixture with the known components and their percentage mass, how do i calculate the molecular weight of the whole substance?

If its 50% 20AMUs and 50% 22AMUs. Then the average molecular weight it 21 AMUs
