Title: ACS style bibliography in Word 2007
Post by: leximancer on February 16, 2007, 06:31:42 AM
One of the really neat things that comes with Word 2007 is easy documentation.  You just select the documentation style, enter your sources, and the program formats and inserts it for you.  The specifications for each documentation style are stored in an XSLT file in a documentation folder in the program folder.  But the ACS documentation style isn't among those packaged with the software.  Does anyone know where I might be able to download an XSLT documentation style file that details ACS style?

It actually differers slightly for each individual ACS journal.

http://www.refworks.com
Is quite nice, and has many of them. If you are a student you might find you have free access through your school/school library. It even supports exporting references from programs like SciFinder; and many of the major websites that provide journal articles also support exporting to refworks.

I have not had a chance to play around with Word2007 and that feature yet, unfortunately.
