Title: YACB: Semicrystalline Chemistry Blog
Post by: Mitch on April 16, 2007, 06:33:05 PM
YACB stands for Yet-Another-Chemistry-Blog.

It is always a good day when I find a new chemistry blog before are competitors at happy-linkie-blog (http://coronene.blogspot.com/). And it makes for a rather straight forward blog entry. The newest entry into the community is Semicrystalline: http://semicrystalline.wordpress.com/

The blog does a good job summarizing Sellinger's (http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/ja070471m) newest paper on aromatic derivatives of Octavinylsilsesquioxanes, such a good job I don't even feel like I have to read the paper. Image of the awesome pyrene derivative is shown below.

From what I can tell, the authors of the blog are going the anonymous route. But, we all know how long that lasts...
