I need help deriving the Hanes equation from the Michaelis equation. Now that I've corrected my post can someone help?

I'm not familiar with the Hanes equation. What is it? Is it the same as the Lineweaver-Burk equation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lineweaver-Burk_diagram)?

hanes wolfe is concentration of S over V. If you look up menton equation it will describe it.

Michaelis-menten equation is:
V = Vmax/(Km + )
multiply by (Km + )
V(Km + ) = Vmax
divide by V
Km + = Vmax/V
divide by Vmax
Km/Vmax + /Vmax = /V
