Suppose I have 10mL 0.1M sulphuric acid and 20mL 0.1M sodium hydroxide solution, how can I determine whether the resultant solution is a neutral one?

First, you should write out the formulas of the acid and base you are mixing. Second, figure out how many moles of H+ ions you'll have and how many moles of OH- ions you'll have. Whichever one you have more of determines if it's neutral, acidic, or basic.
