Title: what are the differences between extraction procedures?
Post by: trucmi0403 on May 19, 2007, 01:57:29 PM
there are so many procedures to seperate analytes from aquaeous matrices such as solid-phase extraction, SPME, liqiud-gas extraction, liquid-liquid extraction,...  what are the differences between them ? :)

Lots...depends on what sample you have as to what you use I would think. SPE uses stationary phase, SPME usually uses a sorbent fibre, liquid liquid extraction depends often on differences in solubility..

In my opinion, you should inform more details what you want to know because there are  a lot of information about those extraction methods. You aim to the differences in principles, equipments or application of them.

Actually, dfx have provided the general difference
