Title: concentration of H+ ion change

If, for example, the pH change measured at a particular time point is equivalent to the addition of 2micro litres of 2mM KOH, show that the concentration of H+ ion in the original 4ml suspension of E.coli had decreased by 1nmol.ml at this time point. assume that the volume of the cell suspension remains constant despite addition of small aliquots of KOH
