Title: Acetone+methanol seperation

can anyone suggest how to seperate acetone+methanol mixture?

Feed composition : Acetone:81%,methanol : 16%,water :3%
Desired purity : Acetone:99%,METHANOL : 0.1%,WATER: LESS THAN 1.0%

Presently we are doing extractive distillation with water but however we cannot able to acheive the above purity.

Consider forming an adduct of acetone (bisulfite, cyanohydrin, etc.)

Acetone forms an adduct with sodium bisulfite. This adduct has substantially lower volatility than acetone. You can reverse the adduct formation after separation (probably economically).
