Title: Proper Chemical Designation?

Hey guys  i have a question. on my worksheet the question states Write the "proper chemical designation" for the following isotopes.  The question also says on the worksheet i have to do, that the question above shows proper chemical designation. The question above just shows the isotope and the number of protons, electrons, and neutrons. So i was wondering, to show proper chemical designation, for

Uranium-238 do i just state protons=92 ,   neutrons=146

Carbon-14    protons= 6   electrons=6    neutrons=8

polonium-210    protns and electrons= 84     neutrons=126

I personally would say leave out the electrons, as the electrons are not what makes an element and element. In chemical reactions and in chemical compounds they are usually electron deficient or have and excess of electrons anyway.

But I would get some other peoples opinion before submitting your work.

I would have answered that question as 23892U, 146C and 21084Po.
