Title: 10X PBS with Ca and Mg recipe

Dear All!

Does anybody of you have a recipe for a 10xPBS with Ca and Mg? I tried to search for it in the internet but the only recipe I could find was a PBS without Ca and Mg.

Perhaps they don't exist - and not without a reason. Check K_sos.

Actually, it does exist. I have just found the recipe on Invitrogen web-page.
