Title: Time-dependent fluorescence anisotropy
Post by: lactamase on September 23, 2007, 05:37:46 AM
Hi all

Actually I am trying to measure the rotational correlation time(s) of a fluorophore-labeled polymer in different solvent with different viscousity. However, in different solvent, fluorescent lifetimes of the fluorophore are very different.

Is the difference in lifetime(s) between different solvent condition would affect the rotational coorelation time calculation?
