You should find molar ratios. Then
62/28.052 is a number of moles of ethylene in 100 g of polymer;
38/42.078......propylene ....

Finally calculate fraction of ethylene mer. Note, a correct result should contain 2 significant digits (in this case three decimal points are equal to three significant digits).
