Title: A question about staining!

Methylene blue  binds to DNA. What structures in a yeast cell would be stained by this dye?

The parts with DNA in them, silly  :P

Just a guess ;)

Maybe I'm wrong, I know nothing about biology.

i.e. the nucleus, mitochondria.
