Title: gc/ms sequence table

Can someone tell me what is the relationship between the sequence table and the batch in a gc/ms run?  Also, what are the advantages/disadvantages of using Pentafluoropropionic Anhydride (PFPA) when derivatizing Benzoylecgonine when compared to the use of  N-methyltrifluoroacetamide (MBSTFA)?
