Can anyone show me what the lewis structure of SOCl₂ and for AsCl₃ thanks.

There is a great PowerPoint slideshow that details how to create the Lewis Structures located at http://www.webbschool.com/~brice/lewis04.ppt.  SOCl2 is actually on of the examples.  Using it, you should be able to create a model for AsCl3 as well.
