Title: Best Physical Chemistry Textbook?

Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a physical chemistry textbook at the introductory undergraduate level and I'm planning to learn it by myself. What is the best physical chemistry textbook to get? Thanks

I did, but none of them match what I wanted... for example, the titles are::
Introduction to Chemical Kinetics
Quantum Mechanics: A Conceptual Approach
Mathematical Methods for Scientists and Engineers
Principles of Thermodynamics
Mathematics for Chemistry and Physics

I am looking for a introductory physical chemistry book that covers kinetics, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, et cetera, in one book. There is no way I am going to buy 4 separate books. (Too much money  :'( )

Most general chemistry books will cover these concepts at an introductory level.

It was there in 2007, since then forums were moved and redesigned (more than once if memory serves me well).

Atkins covers the topics you say but i dont offer it, it sucks.
Textbook is half quantum related topics and half other physicochemistry topics

I took physical chemistry 1 and 2 this past year and the book that we used is

 Physical Chemistry 4th edition; Silbey,Alberty, Bawendi

  I found the book to be very efficient in terms of conveying key concepts and definitions, it starts off with the basic derivation of a key equation and goes even further to give different manipulations of those equations to satisfy different conditions. Each chapter has several worked out problems (but they are very basic compared to the problems in the back of each chapter). Overall I would say this is a great book to learn physical chemistry from. Hope this helps
