Dear Bhaskaran,
If I correct your final product requirements to: Not more then 0.1% THF; Not more then 1% Water,
I think the most effective would be:
Do first a “Thin-film-Short-way”-Distillation (Maybe twice)
and then dry the product with a usual chemical if still required.
(Bp: Aceton 56.7° Celsius; THF 65.8° Celsius; that should be much more then enough.)
Good Luck!

Dear Bhaskaran,
Thank you for the hint of the Azeotrope.
I didn’t find it in my quite (but not enough) large Data Base (DB), and so I though an effective Distillation must do it.
(Would you be so kind to spend my DB the azeotropic data of this mixture?)
In case of this Aceotrope and my opinion I would try a “Swing-Distillation”, depending on the volume you have. It makes most sense to me.
I don’t know if in such a try a “Thin-film-Short-way”-Distillation is required or indicated.
About “Swing-Distillation”, you can read under the headline:
“Aceotrope Breaking” (“Separation of aceotrope constituents”) on:
"Azeotrope (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azeotrope)”
Of course, other methods of “Aceotrope Breaking” are also discussed therein. It’s at least a collection of Ideas.
Apropos: “Thin-film-Short-way”-Distillation:
I’m searching for an English paper version, because I have it “only” in German.
Good Luck!
