Title: sodium hypochlorite decomposition
Post by: njp1990 on November 24, 2007, 07:58:46 AM
can anyone help me with the rate of sodium hypochlorite decomposes under UV light?
i need to plan a 4 week investigation on this and at the moment i could spend the 4 weeks just breaking it down if i don't find out just how long it takes
I'd prefer a web reference if anyone has any as i need to declare where all my research has come from but a vague idea will just be as helpful
thanks
Nick

Dear Njp1990;

Could this be of any help to you:
"Hypochlorite Decomposition Tools (http://www.powellfab.com/Technical_Information/tools/sodiumhypo_decomp.asp)”
"Hypochlorite Decomposition Info (http://www.powellfab.com/Technical_Information/preview/general_info_about_sodium_hypo.asp)”

You would get a Lot if you google for “sodium hypochlorite decomposes

Good Luck!
