Title: atm? sea level?

my chem teacher Sir Smith gave this problem  i cant figure it out

     A particular balloon is designby it manufacturer to be inflated at a volume of no more than 2.5L. if the balloon is filled with 2.0L of helium at sea level, is released, and rises to an altitude at which the atmostpheric pressure is only 500 mm Hg will the balloon burst?


i need the problem worked out     if anyone can help me   thanks

Standard atmospheric pressure at sea level is 760mmHg. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atmosphere_%28unit%29)

What equations do you know that relate pressure and volume?
