Title: In Substition and Elimination, what are strong bases and what are the weak base?

Please help. I can't distinguish from the strong and weak bases besides these:
weak H20, CH3OH
strong -OH -OCH3 NH3 -NH2
can I just say anything with negative charge is usually strong base besides NH2????
How strong are -COOCH3 and -SCH3?? Help test in 8 hours!!!
