Title: lewis structure of ammonium hydroxide

I can't seem to figure out the lewis structure of ammonium hydroxide.  No matter what way I set it up it doesn't seem to work.  Can someone please help???

Do two seperate ones. One for the ammonium ion NH4+, and one for the hydroxide ion OH-.
