hi guyz, what is the effects of the structure of Galactomannan in terms of activity? more specifically, a (1-4)-linked beta-D-mannopyranose backbone with brachpoints from 6-position linked to alpha-D-galactose, i.e. 1-6 linked alpha-D-galactopyranose. and it's opposite structure the alpha-D-mannopyranose linked to alpha-D-galactose...
