Title: acetaminophen degradation
Post by: grayscourt on February 27, 2005, 05:28:53 PM
How long does it take for acetaminophen to degrade to a point where it loses its efficacy when stored at room temp. and are the degradition products toxic?

Everything is toxic at a high enough concentration.  ;)

Acetaminophen is a simple enough looking organic molecule, I doubt it looses its efficacy over a long period of time. Just don't store it in warm environments.
