Title: Meso Compound

Is this compound a meso compound?
I find that it has a plane of symmetry, but I just want to make sure.

Yup, that's a meso as they come.

Although, you should be aware that only certain conformations are actually meso.  In practice this doesn't matter much since you are dealing with billions of molecules and they are all flopping about wildly.  But strictly speaking not all of the conformations are meso.
