Title: Regiospecific & Regioselective

Are they the same?

As I know that stereospecific and stereoselective are different, but how about these two?

They are not the same. Regioselectivity is uses if a reaction gives a predominace of one of two products, a minor and major product. The reaction is regiospecific if one product is formed exclusivly.
Often used about addition to alkenes. The term regiospecifcity is not recomended and you should use 100%regioselectivity instead.
