Title: New Modifications to the Website.

I'll just be tallying here what modifications I have added to the website.

Added Modifications
• Added Shout Modification
• Added Ability to turn off avatars and signatures from your profile
• Working on addind a Upload and File Management Service that will allow others besides Admins from editing certain settings.
