Title: Leaching of platinum crucible
Post by: lanrete on April 07, 2008, 11:50:21 AM
Hi,
i have a few platinum crucibles used for evaporating buffered HF and measurement of cations using ICP-MS. However these crucibles give a high background of Ca and Ni ions.

Can anyone suggest a good leaching method for removing the cation impurities?
