What is the chemical name of this following compound?
  Co(NH₃)₅(H₂0)]Br₃

Co(NH3)5(H20)]Br3

This page here: http://www.chemistry.wustl.edu/~edudev/LabTutorials/naming_coord_comp.html discusses the nomenclature of inorganic coordination compounds.  And you're in luck, because the first example on that page is similar to your compound above, you just have to change a few words.
