Title: Perturbation Molecular Orbital Theory

I've got a test coming up tomorrow, and this is one of the topics that's going to be on it.  I've sought help from my professor a few times, but it still isn't completely clicking.  If anyone would be willing to do a simple overview of it, it would be hugely appreciated.
