Title: Measuring rancidity of fats and oils

Good Day everyone... in order to measure the rancidity of oils we need to find out its peroxide value...if anyone can give any procedure to determine the peroxide value in oils, please share it..thanks

Thanks for that information but Peroxide test sticks Quantofix® is a method used to determine peroxide presence.. is there any other method used to determine peroxide value by quantitative analysis?
