Title: what kind of enzyme work for condensation of idole and hydroxyphenylpyruvate
Post by: Leonidfly on June 17, 2008, 06:31:20 PM
Does anyone has a idea about enzyme which could catalyzes the condensation of the enamine methane of indole with the ketone of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid? Can  acetolactate synthase do this job?

Thanks
