Title: Structure of Pyrimidinium Ion?
Post by: Jill on April 23, 2004, 01:51:50 PM
Okay, I can't figure out how to get this structure on here but would this be considered a Pyrimidinium Ion:

1,2 dimethyl 6 methylamino

if so is this a positive charge

but what salt would form when it reacts with Hbr?

Edit: edited title for better indexing. Mitch

That's what I had but how in the world did you get it to paste on here.  I tried putting it on paint and it didn't work.

It would still be the same if I had NH+ on top right.  I found that in my book.

and it's a positive charge right?  but what salt?

You should be able to upload attachments pretty easily?
