Title: Permanganyl/permanganate esters?

I am curious, about permanganyl compounds and permanganate esters, syntheses, properties, uses etc,I heard a brief reference to permanganyl fluoride, any information on that, and have permanganate esters yet been synthesised, specifically, alkyl esters?
