I would like someone in the Kanucky chemical industry to comment on why the industry is so hard on  citizen chemists in Kanada?  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I kind of think he was just ranting that it's difficult to obtain chemicals for home use in Canada.  We're starting to go the same way here south of the border, too.
