Title: sodium nitrate

hellow all ,great forum,Dose anyone know the laws and regulations in new hampshire involving sodium nitrate for aqua regia process ,or atleast a website that would help me i cant seem to find one!MANY THANKS ??? ???

Don't know the laws in NH, but if you have a lawn and garden department in a Lowes or in a Home Depot type retailer, then you have sodium nitrate as a listed ingredient on packages of fertilizer.   Then you'd know real quick if NH outlaws sodium nitrate.  Sodium Nitrate as a stand alone chemical can be purchased by consumers in 1# per calendar year according to rocketry guys I hang out with.  It is a terrific oxidizer.
