The paper pretty much says for aryl substituted enediynes you won't get Bergman cyclizations (https://www.chemicalforums.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.forkosh.dreamhost.com%2Fmimetex.cgi%3F%7B+%28%5E1C-%5E6C%29+%7D&hash=be260c75487d8c3c4f92289ed60059d617d1a48f) but odd (https://www.chemicalforums.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.forkosh.dreamhost.com%2Fmimetex.cgi%3F%7B+%28%5E1C-%5E5C%29+%7D&hash=afa4b7a7e614c4d1b715c77d35a1c1ddc3b2da8f) cyclizations under thermal conditions. Expect a blog post later about it. Any comments on the paper beforehand?
