Title: Define and explain the difference between ..

The Distribution Coefficient and Distribution Ratio of a drug.

My answer is that for hydrophobic drugs with high distribution coefficient are likely to be distributed to the lipid bilayers of cells (hydrophobic compartments) and the hydrophilic drugs with low distribution coefficient are likely to be distributed to blood serum (hydrophilic compartment)

The distribution ratio is ratio at which the concentrations of drugs are separated between the body and blood.

Any suggestions to compare with?
