Title: Hydrazine Chemistry

How is Hydrazine estimated by andrew's reaction or method ? can any one help me out? I need brief explanation.

Hydrazine reacts with potassium iodate is:

IO3- + N2H4 + 2H+ + Cl- ---> ICl + N2 + 3H2O

Therefore:

 no of mole of KIO3 = no of mole of N2H4
