Can anyone tell weather BaSO4 is an insulator or conduct electricity? Interested in DC current, not AC.

Can anyone tell weather
Clear. And warming. It's nice to walk to work.
BaSO4 is an insulator or conduct electricity?
Dry ionic solids generally don't conduct electricity. They tend to if they're melted, or if they're dissolved in water, but BaSO4 is mostly insoluble in water, and you're unlikely to encounter it at > 1000 C.
Interested in DC current, not AC.
That really doesn't matter, now does it?
